Michael Carr and Associates, inc is a real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.  We are dedicated to the advancement of the real estate profession as well as servicing the needs of our real estate clients.  We have been in business since 1991 when Michael Carr started as an auctioneer.   We quickly turn to the real estate auction profession as an alternative to the automobile and equipment auction business.  Michael Carr was licensed as a real estate professional in 1994 and began his career selling real estate for Metro Brokers, Vintage Auction Company, and another brokerage before launching his own firm in 2000.  Since then we have sold billions of dollars worth of real estate.  We have become experts in many divisions of the real estate market in the form of Real Estate Owned bank properties, Commercial Real Estate, agricultural and rural real estate, rental property, investment property, and trustee real estate auctions. 

We have brokers licenses in a dozen states and auction licenses in twice as many.  We have sold millions of dollars of real estate in the Atlanta market and represent clients that buy residential real estate in bulk.  We have a collective experience level in real estate of well over one hundred years and believe that service to the client is the number one rule in the real estate business.  Since his humble beginnings in real estate Michael Carr and Associates, inc has grown to be a major player in the REO real estate market representing dozens of corporate clients in the real estate auction field.  Turning our focus to helping repair the real estate trade as a whole, Michael Carr and Associates, Inc became one of the leading brokers for Auction.com, the largest real estate auction company in the world.  We have spent countless hours helping to stabilize the real estate market by offering real estate assets to the open public through real estate ballroom auctions all across America, down into Puerto Rico and over into the United Kingdom.
